After a false start last year we are back under starter’s orders for the rescheduled St Andrew’s Day Dinner.

We are delighted Shona Robison MSP , Minister for Commonwealth Games and Sport will be speaking along with top Olympian Jonathan Edwards CBE and Lady Susan Rice CBE , Managing Director of Lloyds Banking Group.

In line with the Sport Your Trainers campaign which encourages everyone across the country to show support of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games by wearing trainers to work on Commonwealth Day we will be altering the dress code for dinner to “black tie and trainers”.

Trainers ,of course, are optional for this formal dinner and you can also register your support online and enter the draw to win tickets for the Opening Ceremony and other great prizes.

Star Awards Ambassador Reception

If you are interested in hearing more about the Star Awards 2012 there will be a special drinks reception from 6pm – 6.30pm at The George Hotel.

We are looking for ambassadors to promote the awards in their organisation or industry sector.
